About
I hold a degree in Bachelor of Secondary Education, English major from City College of Tagaytay and I have my first year of teaching in Sisters of Mary Banneux as Grade 7 Filipino Language subject teacher. I became a public-school teacher in 2015 at Asis Elementary School where I taught grade 3 pupils on my first year of teaching and became an intermediate Grades 5-6 English teacher until now.
My teaching philosophy emphasizes student-centered learning, creativity, and critical thinking, which I believe aligns closely with the values of our school.
In my previous role at Asis Elementary School I successfully implemented Project PRESS (Promote and Raise the Excellence of Students through School Paper) wherein acquiring the know-how in article writing including Radio-Broadcasting and voice over and the values and discipline (fairness, accuracy, honesty, and the like) just like the regular subjects they take in school.
