I am a licensed professional teacher with 22 years of experience in elementary and English education. My recent ten years, during which I taught in an international school. Awarded as the best homeroom teacher, team player, diligent, and hardworking. I can work with minimum supervision. Results-driven to increase pupils’ performance, educational development, and growth.

I have been a junior supervisor at the primary level and have managed a team of 5-20 people for the past 10 years. I had been a lead teacher with 10 years of experience implementing quality education. Raised stakeholders’ satisfaction for the student outcomes.

I would like to work in a challenging new environment where I can enhance my core competencies, including managing the learning environment with a student-centered focus, adapting teaching styles to accommodate diverse learning styles, incorporating instructional technology to support the learning process, and selecting, implementing, and applying assessments to improve teaching effectiveness.
