About
Let me share my journey, which begins in the rural
city of Mirpurkhas—my hometown and the source of my inspiration.
Mirpurkhas faced many challenges, and during a visit back home, I saw its
potential overshadowed by limitations. This realization sparked my mission: to
empower the youth of Mirpurkhas and create a generation of doctors,
engineers, artists, and professionals who could transform our city’s future.
Inspired by James A. Michener’s words, "A nation becomes what young
people read in their youth," I began working with students. Starting small, I
taught at a local school, integrating lessons on technology and global
awareness into everyday topics. Though initially met with skepticism,
persistence paid off. One student’s hard work led her to secure a fully funded
high school exchange program in Japan—a groundbreaking achievement that
inspired others.
This success marked the beginning of a movement. Over time, I introduced
SDG education, robotics, and community service programs in Mirpurkhas,
initiatives that were once unimaginable. These efforts culminated in the
creation of organizations like AJ Welfare Society, AJ Robotics Society, and
AJ STEM Education. Together, we achieved milestones such as Sindh’s first
robotics championship and the AJ Welfare Society’s Global Youth SDGs
Summit, impacting thousands worldwide.
In 2024, we launched the AJ Global Youth Mentorship Program, teaching
21st-century skills to over 100 mentees globally. Many of these students
achieved financial independence and gained admissions to top universities in
Pakistan and abroad, some even traveling to the U.S. on fully funded
programs. Collaborations with organizations like TEDx and NASA-affiliated
foundations have further expanded their horizons.
My journey is a testament to the power of belief, mentorship, and
