About
I am a dedicated and board-certified educator with 11 years of experience and a deep commitment to helping students reach their full potential. My professional journey actually began in the international entertainment industry as a pop vocal singer in Dubai and China, an artistic background that fuels my creative approach to the classroom. Currently, I serve as a Grade 5 classroom adviser, MAPEH teacher, and Drum and Lyre coordinator at Dapdap Resettlement Elementary School, where I have achieved a 20% increase in student mastery of core competencies and a 30% improvement in class participation by integrating technology and gamified activities.I have been recognized as an "Outstanding Teacher" for my professional excellence, a distinction I also earned during my eight years at Saint Anthony College of Technology
. While there, I worked as a multigrade MAPEH teacher for Grades 7 to 10 and a Grade 5 teacher, using blended learning and phonics-based strategies to improve course outcomes and student reading proficiency
. My versatility also extends to experience as an online ESL teacher for ACADSOC and as a customer representative for IQOR Philippines. I am constantly looking to grow, which is why after earning my Master’s in Music Education from Centro Escolar University with the help of a CHED Scholarship grant, I am now pursuing a MAED in Special Education to better support diverse learners
