curriculums, (IB, Cambridge, IGCSE) and international Cuisines (Italian, Japanese, British)
I have a strong practical culinary expertise and internationally aligned practical skills.
As a certified culinary instructor, I have planned and delivered global cuisine lessons, implemented HACCP food safety standards, supervised kitchen operations and mentored students in professional culinary techniques.
In addition, I have also developed inquiry-based lesson plans, applied differentiated instructions strategies, and designed assessments aligned with the curriculum to support diverse needs of the learners.
