About
I am a Chemistry teacher with 12 years of experience in Anambra state, Nigeria. I have developed resilience, adaptability, and resourcefulness in delivering quality science education under challenging conditions. I hold a B.Sc. in Chemistry, a PGDE, and am currently completing a Master's degree at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. My teaching scope includes senior secondary Chemistry and junior secondary Basic Science and Technology.
Beyond classroom instruction, I have led after-school intervention programmes that significantly improved exam outcomes in WASSCE and NECO. I have also consistently participated in teacher development workshops. However, my most defining contribution was leading a team in a state-wide teacher training initiative organised by Literacy Enhancement and Achievement Project (LEAP) in collaboration with the Anambra State Ministry of Education, focusing on practical teaching and learning strategies for both secondary and primary school teachers in the state.
This experience has equipped me with strong problem-solving skills, curriculum adaptation abilities, and a student-centred teaching philosophy. I am confident that my background combines both local depth and internationally recognised pedagogical standards, making me adaptable to any educational system worldwide.
