I am a dedicated and passionate educator with 16 years of teaching experience, beginning in Kindergarten and currently specializing in Social Sciences at the Senior High School level. I am committed to creating a positive, engaging, and learner-centered environment where students are encouraged to think critically, become responsible individuals, and develop the skills they need for their future.
My key skills include classroom management, lesson planning, curriculum development, assessment, communication, research, and the effective use of technology in teaching. I am also skilled in creating engaging learning activities, adapting lessons to different learners’ needs, collaborating with colleagues, and providing guidance and support to students. My background in Social Sciences has strengthened my critical-thinking, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Throughout my teaching career, I have taken on various responsibilities and leadership roles, including serving as a Grade 12 Coordinator and participating in professional development programs and trainings. I have also represented SDO Cagayan in a Regional Training for Teachers in the Strengthened Senior High School Curriculum. These experiences have helped me grow professionally and become a more confident and effective educator.
My previous work experience includes serving as Teacher I, Teacher III, Teacher II, and Teacher III in the public school system. I have handled learners from different grade levels and backgrounds, which has given me a broad understanding of teaching and learner development. My experiences have strengthened my dedication to education and my desire to continuously improve my knowledge and teaching practices.
