About
I am a committed elementary English teacher with over 20 years of experience, dedicated to improving literacy and fostering meaningful learning experiences. I have taken on key roles that demonstrate both instructional leadership and community impact.
I developed Learning Activity Sheets in English 6 for remediation, helping struggling learners strengthen their reading comprehension and confidence. During the pandemic, I served as a teacher broadcaster for Radio-Based Instruction, ensuring continuous learning for students in remote areas.
I also conducted action research titled “Improving Parents’ Participation of Woodland Elementary School through Project R.I.P (Resiliency in Pandemic)”, which enhanced parent engagement and strengthened school-community partnerships. In addition, I co-advised the school publication, mentored student leaders as SELG adviser, and served as coordinator in English and LRMDS, supporting the development and management of quality instructional resources.
