Hello! I am Charles Machuki Samuel, a dedicated and enthusiastic English and Literature teacher with a passion for empowering learners to become confident and skilled communicators . I hold a Bachelor of Arts in English and Literature from Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology, where I deepened my enthusiasm for language, communication, and storytelling.
With several years of experience teaching English and Literature, I have worked with students from diverse backgrounds and proficiency levels. I am a student-centered educator who ensures that classes are dynamic and engaging to address each learner’s unique needs. I strive to foster a welcoming, participatory environment where students are encouraged to use and express language with intention.
My core skills include effective lesson planning, efficient classroom management, insightful literary analysis, and integrating technology meaningfully into lessons. I am enthusiastic about guiding students in developing strong speaking, listening, reading, and writing abilities while nurturing critical thinking and cultural awareness through literature.
Outside of the classroom, I enjoy reading, writing, and learning about cultures in books and on the travel trail. English teaching is more than words and grammar; it's bridges formed, minds expanded, and students empowered with a language for the world.
