My name is Charles Omari Aika. I am Kenyan citizen and i am a teacher by profession. I am a dedicated and passionate teacher with experience in classroom instruction, learner support and curriculum delivery. I have strong skills in lesson planning , classroom instruction and learner assessment. I have taught students for 10 years, supported academic growth and helped learners develop strong understanding and confidence. I possess good communication skills, effective classroom management and learner centered teaching approach and I am dedicated to continuous professional development and positive learning outcomes.
