My name is Carlo Carable Kalalo, an educator with 9 years of teaching experience. I am currently teaching at Paaralang Sentral ng Mataasnakahoy in Batangas, Philippines as a 2nd grade teacher handling English, Math, Science, and Social Studies. I have completed the online application in the district’s website. I want to express my interest to apply as a teacher in your school.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Elementary Education major in Early Childhood Education at Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Lipa in Lipa City, Philippines last April 30, 2016. I pursued Master of Arts in Education major in Educational Management at Pacific Intercontinental College in Metro Manila, Philippines last May 30, 2026 with 45 academic units. Young children thrive in joyful classrooms where they feel safe, loved, and inspired. I use differentiation to tailor learning to students’ individual needs and interests, helping them develop foundational skills in meaningful waysI embrace an emergent curriculum that is responsive to the interests and inquiries of the children. By observing and listening to their questions and observations, I adapt and tailor the curriculum to meet their evolving needs. This approach encourages a sense of ownership and enthusiasm for learning.
My philosophy of education as an early childhood teacher centers around the child's unique identity, the importance of play, collaboration with families, and a commitment to social and emotional development. Through a child-centric and play-based approach, I aim to create a foundation for a lifelong love of learning and empower young learners with the skills necessary for future success. Play is the language of childhood, and I consider it a fundamental tool for learning.
