About
I am an experienced and passionate IB English Language and Literature educator with over a decade of teaching experience in Kenyan and international school contexts. I specialise in inquiry-driven, student-centred learning that fosters critical thinking, authentic student voice, and global awareness. I integrate technology purposefully to enhance engagement, research skills, creativity, and formative assessment, preparing students for success in a digital and interconnected world.
Beyond the classroom, I have held key leadership and pastoral roles, including Head of Year, Residential Parent, Extended Essay Supervisor, and Personal Tutor. I have contributed to curriculum development, policy-making, safeguarding, and professional development initiatives.
