I'm passionate and dedicated elementary school with 17 years of experience working in diverse classroom setting. I have a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and throughout my career, I've focused on creating engaging, student-centered lessons address the individual needs of each learner.
I believe that every child learns differently, so I incorporate a variety of teaching strategies, including hands-on activities and technology integration, to keep students motivated and involved. One of my proudest achievements was developing a literacy program that helped improved reading scores by 15% in one school year.
