About
I am a licensed and experienced elementary teacher with 17 years of public-school teaching experience and a strong background in elementary education. I currently serve as a Master Teacher II and have experience teaching Grade 3 English, Makabansa, and GMRC. I have also served in various leadership roles, including School LAC Leader, English Department Coordinator, English Coordinator, and Officer-in-Charge Head Teacher.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, a Master’s degree in Education major in Curriculum and Instruction, and a Doctorate in Educational Management. Throughout my teaching career, I have developed and implemented learner-centered lessons, literacy and numeracy interventions, differentiated activities, and localized instructional materials designed to address diverse learning needs.
I am skilled in classroom management, lesson planning, assessment, differentiated instruction, reading intervention, curriculum development, and collaboration with parents, teachers, and school stakeholders. I have also led professional learning activities and supported fellow teachers through Learning Action Cell (LAC) sessions, mentoring, and instructional leadership.
My achievements include developing school-based reading and learning interventions, coordinating academic programs, supporting teachers in improving instructional practices, and helping learners develop essential literacy, communication, and critical-thinking skills. I am committed to creating a safe, inclusive, engaging, and supportive classroom where every child is encouraged to learn, participate, and reach their full potential.
