My name is Benjamin, a committed and result-oriented facilitator with experience in the Ghanaian educational system. I am committed to nurturing learners’ academic and moral development. I have excellent classroom management skills and a passion to delivering engaging, learner-centered lessons that covers learners from diverse cultural backgrounds. I am highly motivated, disciplined, and capable of working effectively both independently and to be a part of a team.
I have taught at both basic and r secondary levels, delivering lessons from the Ghana Education Service (GES) curriculum, and I am skilled in lesson planning, assessment, learner performance evaluation. My teaching approach emphasizes critical thinking, creativity, and continuous improvement to help learners achieve their full potential.
