About
My name is Ayula Ghildiyal, and I am an elementary educator with over six years of experience teaching in an American international school. I currently serve as a Grade 2 Homeroom Teacher at Bangkok Christian International School in Thailand, where I teach all core subjects to multilingual learners. Teaching young students is something I truly enjoy, and I focus on creating a classroom environment where children feel supported, confident, and excited to learn.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in English (Honors) and an MBA, and I am currently completing my Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Dordt University in the United States, graduating in April 2026. Along with my academic background, I hold a teaching license and an ACSI teacher certification. My experience includes using differentiated instruction, guided reading strategies, formative assessments, and educational technology to support diverse learners.
Before moving into education, I spent many years in the corporate sector, which helped me develop strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. These experiences have shaped me into a teacher who values professionalism, teamwork, and continuous learning. As a Christian educator, I believe every child is a gift from God, and I see teaching as both a responsibility and a privilege to help students grow academically, socially, and in character.
