My name is Augustine Edo Midjirato who have obtained Bachelor of Education in Geography from Catholic University of Ghana. I am focused, confident, hardworking, ready to contribute and always eager to learn and grow in my career as a professional teacher. Being an outgoing and robust individual, i am always highly motivated by a deep curiosity about the world around me. This is due to the fact that, i grew up in a small, close-knit community that has taught me the value of human connection and the need to use technology in my field of work.
Adaptability has remained a foundation stone of my personality, permitting me to succeed when confronted with difficult tasks whether in academics or personal projects. i have confidence that every experience, positive or challenging, is an opportunity for self-improvement and growth. In the last recent past, i have focused my energy on software management, analysis of students performance, differentiated instructions, and effective communication skills.
Working as assistant headteacher at Jesus is Alive Basic School, i had the opportunity to enlist and retained high quality staff, provided meaningful professional development opportunities, fostered collaborative culture and ensured staff-wellbeing. This resulted in 30% improvement in team efficiency and 20% increase in students performance. As a result of this, i was given a leadership award certificate.
Over 12 years of teaching Social Studies at Junior High School, i have dedicated my career to helping students understand their environment so that they could prepare for life beyond high schools, and i would like to continue this path in your reputable institution. I have also provided guidelines to students tackle challenges related to governance, economic and human interactions. Even though, i will proceed to sharpen my teaching skills as i work in the classroom, i am certain that my passion, positive attitudes, and practical experience working with students at Burlingame Intermediate School will make me an excellent educator so that i can help shape the minds of young students.
