Graduated Bachelor of Elementary Education major in English. Finished Master of Arts in Education and completed Doctorate degree with Educational management. These academic achievements strengthened my expertise in teaching, leadership, and curriculum development. I have several years of teaching experience in the Department of Education where i taught diverse learners and consistently implemented Learner-centered approaches. I have taken on leadership roles like in school-district responsibilities, contributing to school improvement planning, literacy programs, curriculum alignment, and teacher mentoring. In my classroom ,I foster positive, inclusive and respectful classroom atmosphere where learners feel safe and motivated. My teaching journey has been guided by a belief that Education is a powerful tool. It transforms lives and shapes the future. It is a gentle art of shaping the minds and inspiring the heart to dreams beyond limits. I believed teaching is a calling, where I can guide and inspire about the lives of the learners to become a responsible and successful individuals. I am passionate in making a difference in the lives of the students and committed to excellence in education.
