My name is Anthony Magamu Masiolo from Kenya. I hold a Bachelors degree in Special Needs Education with Geography and Religious Education a Diploma in lnclusive Education and a
Primary Teacher Education in elementary subjects. I have 20 years of teaching experience in elementary, middle class, Foundation and Prevacational level.l majorly handle learners with intellectual disorder, Learning Difficulties and Austism. I therefore in my class l use differentiated instruction to cater for the diverse needs in my class. I intergrate technology in my teaching to support my learning styles. I also use groups based on the student's abilities and goals. I am a patron in Drama and athletics and I have coached my students upto the National level. My philosophy is to nurture a whole student focusing on building the student's emotional safety, individual potential and self-esteem to make them well with the members of the society.
