About
As a dedicated Physical Education and Health teacher, I am passionate about promoting holistic development by equipping learners with the knowledge, skills, and values necessary to lead healthy, active, and responsible lives. I foster a positive, inclusive, and learner-centered classroom where students are encouraged to develop physical fitness, mental well-being, teamwork, discipline, and lifelong healthy habits.
I consistently design engaging, interactive, and standards-based lessons aligned with the DEPED Curriculum, integrating innovative teaching strategies and meaningful learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of my students. I believe that quality physical education extends beyond sports and exercise—it empowers learners to build confidence, resilience, respect, and responsible decision-making.
Throughout my teaching career, I have demonstrated commitment to professional growth and instructional excellence by developing quality learning resources, preparing curriculum-aligned lesson plans, conducting classroom-based assessments, and actively participating in school and division programs. I have also contributed to mentoring fellow teachers, supporting school improvement initiatives, and promoting collaborative professional learning within the MAPEH Department.
Among my professional achievements are the successful preparation and implementation of innovative instructional materials, active involvement in school and district activities, leadership in health and wellness advocacy programs, and continuous pursuit of excellence through professional development and capacity-building activities. These experiences have strengthened my ability to inspire learners and contribute meaningfully to the achievement of the school's educational goals.
As I continue my journey as an educator, I remain committed to lifelong learning, instructional innovation, and the development of physically literate, health-conscious, and values-driven learners who are prepared to become productive members of society.
