Good day!
My name is Ailene Gullem an Elementary Educator with 9 years of teaching experience. I have a Bachelor in Elementary in Education major in General Education and graduated with a Master of Arts in Teaching major in Social Studies with 33 academic units.Last August 2022, I pursued my Master of Arts in Education Major in Special Education at Urdaneta City University and graduated last April 2025. I am currently teaching at Kibaning Elementary School in Bukidnon Northern Mindanao, Philippines as a classroom teacher. I had expressed my interest to become a teacher in your school. In this regard, I want to follow-up on my application as I'm already done with the online application. I am ready for an interview and I will be available to work for SY 2026-2027.
I love to teach children and I see myself as a resourceful and creative teacher. I strive hard to create an inclusive learning environment where every child can be successful by implementing effective teaching strategies.
