About
I am a passionate and dedicated educator with over six years of experience in teaching and education administration. I hold a bachelor's degree in Junior High Education (Physical Education) from the University of Cape Coast in Ghana, alongside a Diploma in Basic Education from Offinso College of Education. My career is built upon a foundation of improving student learning, fostering a positive and supportive environment, and ensuring academic success. In addition to my teaching experience, I have a strong background in extracurricular activities, specifically in sports, where I currently serve as the Zonal Sports Secretary and a member of the Offinso Municipal Sports Management Team. These roles allow me to contribute to sports administration, coordination, and development at the community level. My teaching philosophy centers on creating dynamic and engaging learning environments that empower students to succeed both academically and personally. I have successfully taught a range of subjects, from physical education to classroom management, always prioritizing the development of emotional intelligence, leadership, and teamwork. I am also an accomplished FIFA Class 1 referee, which has further developed my leadership, decision-making, and communication skills. These experiences have reinforced my ability to adapt and thrive in diverse and fast-paced environments, making me well-prepared to contribute as an international educator in the U.S. I am excited about the opportunity to bring my skills, enthusiasm, and commitment to an international classroom, and to contribute meaningfully to student success in the U.S. educational system
