My name is Agnes Ondieki an elementary teacher from Kenya with six years of teaching experience in an elementary level. I am a passionate about creating a classroom environment that is engaging and student centered where every learner feels. Throughout my years of teaching experience I use proactive classroom management strategies, differentiated learning approaches, establish strong relationship with both students and parents through effective communication and also use data collected to design my lesson plan in order to meet the varied needs of different learners within the classroom. I believe every child can learn and succeed when given the right support, encouragement, and engaging instruction. I am self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to continuous professional growth.
